E-Class Upholdment of Rights Policy
CODA recognizes the inherent dignity and rights of all individuals, including E-Class personnel, within our facilities. This document outlines the commitment to upholding human rights for E-Class personnel and emphasizes the importance of ethical treatment in alignment with international standards.
CODA firmly acknowledges that E-Class personnel, while fulfilling specific roles within the facility, retain their fundamental human rights. These rights encompass the right to life, freedom from torture or cruel, inhumane, or degrading treatment, and the right to be treated with respect and dignity. E-Class personnel, despite their designated roles, shall be subjected to ethical and humane treatment. Any actions or procedures involving E-Class individuals must adhere to established guidelines to prevent unnecessary harm or violation of their human rights. CODA is committed to a non-discriminatory approach towards E-Class personnel. Regardless of their assigned tasks, individuals will be treated without prejudice based on factors such as race, gender, religion, or any other protected characteristics.
E-Class personnel have the right to be informed about their roles, responsibilities, and the nature of their involvement in CODA operations. Clear communication ensures transparency and helps foster an environment of understanding. All E-Class personnel are thought of to be fully aware of their roles and duties.
They are also entitled to medical healthcare when needed. Adequate healthcare will be provided under a consentual basis.
