DA Document Application

Criteria:

• The document should not contain a number for the DA (e.g DA-123)
• The document should have a section containing relevant details for containing the anomaly, named “Secure Containment Guidelines”
• The document should have a section containing relevant details for the description of the anomaly, named “Description”
• The description must be clear, consistent  and concise
• All information must be accurate to CODA Containment
• Complex concepts must be explained simply 
• The document should not contain any personal opinions
• The document should not contain swearing or explicit language 
• The document should not contain any spelling or grammatical mistakes
• The document should not be plagiarised and must be somewhat original
• The document can have a section named “Addendum”, and include relevant details including Test Logs and/or Interviews
